IN-PERSON IN TACOMA, WA | WA & FL ONLINE

Therapy for People Stuck in Overdrive.

For minds that won’t turn off and hearts that feel everything.

You excel at finding solutions.

Whether it's in your work, creative projects, or how you live your life, you love understanding the most effective system.

And you're kind of good at whatever you set your mind to.

But emotionally, you keep hitting the same walls.

Patterns that thinking alone can't untangle.

You don’t need someone who just nods and agrees.

You need someone who can run with you, not just tell you that it’s impacting your knees.

These patterns didn’t come from nowhere.

They were shaped by who you had to be, what you had to hide, and how you learned to take up just enough space to feel allowed in.

MEET THE THERAPIST

Hi, I'm Tanya.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with deep thinkers, over-analyzers, and highly perceptive people who feel like they have to fix themselves.

But the truth? You don’t need to be less of who you are. You just need a way to work with your depth instead of feeling consumed by it.

I’m here to help you track what’s happening underneath — how your mind, emotions, and body adapted to old survival strategies you didn’t even know were still running.

Therapy with me is structured but creative, practical but deeply attuned. This work is for folks stuck in overdrive, with minds that move fast but crave something deeper.

What Working Together Looks Like

  • Step 1: Map Your Inner System

We name the parts of you still in survival mode—what they protect, why they showed up, and how they’ve been working hard to keep you safe, even if they’re now holding you back.

  • Step 2: Return to the Roots

We revisit the original moments that taught you to disconnect. Emotions shift when you understand what they’re trying to tell you. We don’t just sit in raw feeling. It’s a key, but it’s not the only one. Together, we track the message underneath so it can finally move.

  • Step 3: Make Room for Something New

We build a new way forward, not from urgency, but from understanding. This isn’t about being less of who you are. It’s about making enough room for all of you.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Relief – real, not instant. Like realizing you’ve been carrying something heavy for so long you forgot it wasn’t part of you.

Clarity – not just in your head, but something you can feel in your body.

Understanding – why what used to work doesn’t anymore—  and what actually will.

A way to use your perceptiveness without having to carry everything.

Feeling more alive – we’ll tap into your playful side and uncover what actually lights you up.

(Spoiler: It's not a hobby. Nobody's out here knitting and feeling alive.)
